  Visit the Quest and National Benchmarking Service (NBS) website Quest is a quality assurance award recognised by the Leisure Industry. It defines industry standards and good practice and encourages their application and development in a customer-focused management framework in two distinct areas:

Programming & Sports Development Equipment Customer Care Health & Safety Customer Feedback Marketing & Pricing Changing Rooms Environmental Maintenance Housekeeping Cleanliness Continuous Improvement Many of our sites have either already achieved the Quest Facilities Management or are currently working towards their award. In August 2006, D C Leisure achieved a score of 73% and was achieved Quest Sports Development award based on our swimming lesson programme which makes us the first Leisure Management Contractor to achieve this in the country. All of our Centres with pools follow our Swimming Academy programme and with this award we will continue to raise our service further over the forthcoming years. As a customer of one of our Leisure Centres you can have the confidence that your local Leisure Centre is continually seeking to improve their standards of the activities on offer and the Leisure Centre itself.
